The short version: Using this site or submitting our form doesn't create a contract to sell your house. It starts a conversation. Any actual sale happens through a separate written purchase agreement signed at closing. Our cash-offer estimates are non-binding until both sides sign.

1. Who you're agreeing with

These terms govern your use of elevate-home-buyer.vercel.app and any communications you have with Elevate Home Buyer ("we," "us," "Elevate"). By using the site or submitting a form, you accept these terms.

2. What this site is (and isn't)

Elevate Home Buyer is a real estate investment company that purchases homes directly. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent you in any transaction. We are buyers. You are sellers. You're free to bring your own representation (attorney, agent, accountant) at any point.

3. Cash offers are estimates until contracted

Any number we share before a signed purchase agreement is a good-faith estimate, not a binding commitment. Final terms depend on inspection, title review, and the written purchase agreement signed by both parties.

By submitting your phone number, you authorize Elevate Home Buyer to contact you by phone, SMS, or email — including via automated dialing technology — about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any home sale.

All site content (logos, copy, video, design) belongs to Elevate Home Buyer or our licensors. You can quote a paragraph or two with attribution; please don't copy whole pages or rebrand our material.

We sometimes link to other sites (Google Maps, our YouTube reviews, etc.). We're not responsible for what's on those sites or how they handle your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
