When you submit our address-offer form or call us, we collect:

Identifiers: name, phone number, email address, property address.
Property details: property type, condition, listing status, ownership tenure, reason for selling, timeline.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL.
Marketing attribution: UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign), Google Click ID (gclid), Facebook Click ID (fbclid), Microsoft Click ID (msclkid), and similar identifiers passed in the URL when you arrive on our site.

3. Cookies & similar tech

We use a small number of first-party cookies, all of them functional or analytics:

elv_attr — stores marketing attribution (UTM, click IDs) for up to 90 days so we can credit the right campaign when you submit a form.

8. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for up to 7 years for tax and recordkeeping. If your property doesn't fit and we don't transact, we'll delete identifying details on request after 90 days.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable cloud providers. No system is bulletproof, but we treat your information the way we'd want our own treated.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top whenever we change anything material. If the change affects how we use your existing data, we'll email you when we have your address on file.
